MEERA is a turnkey educational program that prepares students forthe advanced, technical jobs of the future.
We teach a variety of manufacturing disciplines, including additive manufacturing, CNC machining, engineering, NDT, robotics, and welding. In addition to these core disciplines, students also learn essential life skills and workplace readiness.
Unlike traditional STEM programs, our program is focused solely on manufacturing related careers. With all the necessary industrial equipment integrated into the curriculum, MEERA is easy to implement and aligns with industry standards and expectations.

Modern manufacturing is evolving , and so are the skills required of modern technicians. This has created a skills gap between what students are taught and what is expected of them on the modern shop floor.
That’s why partnering with MEERA is so vital; we’ve created a competency-based program to motivate and train students for the advanced jobs ahead. The MEERA program will aid in creating a more robust national workforce pipeline – starting with middle school.
